There’s actually a link at the bottom of the Google AdWords page that allows you to download the keywords exactly (just skipping a step). You could also try this for Overture’s keyword suggestions.

If you’re really slick (what I do), check expiring domain names that are already acquiring search engine traffic. This will make it easier to drive traffic to your site.
